Returns and cancellation.

Your right to cancel.

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. This right applies to distance sales under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

To cancel, contact us via eBay messaging on your original order within that 14 day window. You do not need to explain why.

Returning the unit.

Once you have told us you want to cancel, you have a further 14 days to return the unit to us.

If you are returning because you changed your mind, you are responsible for the cost of return postage. We recommend using a tracked service.

If you are returning because the item is not as described, we will cover the return postage cost. Contact us first so we can arrange collection or issue a prepaid label.

The unit must be returned in the same condition in which it was received. If the unit is returned damaged in a way that was not present when it was dispatched, we reserve the right to make a deduction from your refund to reflect the reduction in value.

Refunds.

We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned unit, or within 14 days of you providing proof of return postage, whichever is earlier.

Refunds are issued via the original payment method through eBay.

Network branding.

Our listings disclose that units may show previous network branding in the app. This is a known characteristic of the UK market for mesh networking hardware. It is not a fault. The hardware is unlocked and works on any broadband connection.

If you received the unit exactly as described in the listing and are returning it because of the network branding, your right to cancel still applies. We accept returns for this reason within the 14 day cancellation window.

Spares or repairs listings.

If your item was sold under a spares or repairs listing, it was sold as a non working or faulty unit, at a price reflecting that condition. Your 14 day right to cancel for change of mind still applies. However, we cannot accept a return on the basis that the item does not work, as that was disclosed in the listing.
